Troubleshooting Guide

App won't load or shows errors

Solution:

  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Disable ad blockers temporarily
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Reconnect your store in Settings
Can't create charges or checkout links

Solution:

  1. Check that your Shopify store is connected (Settings page)
  2. Verify your access token is valid
  3. Reconnect your store if needed
  4. Ensure you have the required Shopify permissions
Members not syncing from Shopify

Solution:

  1. Check webhook status in Shopify admin
  2. Manually import members using "Import from Shopify" button
  3. Verify webhook endpoints are accessible
Session token errors

Solution:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear browser cookies for the app
  3. Reinstall the app if problem persists
