By using LoyalChamp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including merchants and their customers.

2. Description of Service

LoyalChamp provides membership management services for Shopify stores, including:

• Member tracking and management
• Payment processing integration
• Membership portal functionality
• Billing and subscription management

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse the service or attempt to circumvent restrictions
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Payment Terms

LoyalChamp is a paid service at $49.99/month. Payments are processed through Shopify's billing system. You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with your use of the service.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin. Upon cancellation:

• Your access will continue until the end of the billing period
• Your data will be retained for 30 days
• You can request immediate data deletion if needed

6. Intellectual Property

LoyalChamp and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our service without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LoyalChamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoyalChamp from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of severe violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
