How do I install LoyalChamp?
Install LoyalChamp from the Shopify App Store. Once installed, click "Connect Store" and authorize the app. Your store will be connected automatically and you can start managing memberships right away.
How do I create a membership plan?
Go to "Membership Plans" in the app, click "Create Plan", enter the plan name, price, and billing interval (monthly, yearly, or one-time), add a description and features, then save. Your plan will be ready to assign to members.
How do I charge a client?
Go to "Charge Client", select a client from your members list or enter their email, choose a membership plan or one-time payment, enter the amount if it's one-time, and click "Create Charge". A Shopify checkout link will be generated that you can send to your client.
Can I import customers from Shopify?
Yes! Go to "Manage Members" and click "Import from Shopify". Your existing Shopify customers will be imported as members automatically. You can then assign them to membership plans.
How do members access their portal?
Members can access their self-service portal at your-domain.com/portal. On first login, they'll need to set a password using their email address. From the portal, they can view their membership, update payment methods, download invoices, and manage their account.
What payment methods are supported?
LoyalChamp uses Shopify's payment system, so all payment methods configured in your Shopify store are supported. This includes credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and any other payment providers you've enabled.
