Getting Started

How do I sign up for LoyalChamp?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage, fill in your details, and create an account. Your account will be reviewed by an admin before activation.
What happens after I sign up?
After signup, your account is pending admin approval. Once approved, you'll receive an email notification. Then you can subscribe ($49.99/month) and complete Stripe onboarding to start earning.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email once your account is reviewed.

Pricing & Billing

How much does LoyalChamp cost?
The platform costs $49.99/month. This gives you access to charge unlimited clients and process unlimited payments.
What is the platform fee?
We charge 2.5% on each transaction you process through your clients. For example, if your client pays $100, you receive $97.50 and we keep $2.50.
Are there any Stripe fees?
Yes, Stripe charges their standard processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These are separate from our platform fee and are deducted by Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Stripe & Payouts

Why do I need to complete Stripe onboarding?
Stripe onboarding connects your bank account so you can receive payouts from your clients. It's required by Stripe to verify your identity and comply with financial regulations.
When will I receive my money?
Stripe holds funds for 2-7 days after a client pays. Then payouts are sent to your bank based on your payout schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). Check your Earnings page for exact dates.
How do I change my payout schedule?
Login to your Stripe Dashboard and go to Settings → Payouts to change your payout schedule.
What if a client disputes a payment?
You'll receive an email from Stripe. Respond with evidence through your Stripe Dashboard. Excessive disputes can result in account suspension.

Charging Clients

How do I charge my clients?
Go to Dashboard → Memberships to create your service tiers. Then go to "Charge Client" to collect their info and generate a payment link.
Can I charge one-time or recurring payments?
Yes! When creating a membership, you can choose "One-Time Payment" or "Monthly Subscription". You decide based on your business model.
How do I track my clients?
Go to Dashboard → My Clients to see all clients, their payment status, next billing dates, and manage subscriptions.
Can I refund a client?
Yes, go to My Clients → Select client → View payment history → Click "Refund". Refunds are processed through Stripe and take 5-10 business days.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email, and you'll receive a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
Can I change my email address?
Currently, email addresses cannot be changed for security reasons. Contact support if you need to update your email.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. You'll need to confirm by entering your email. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing (bcrypt), and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. We never store your full credit card details.

What if I encounter an error?

Do you offer phone support?
Currently we offer email support only. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Can you help me set up my account?
Yes! Email us and we'll guide you through the setup process including Stripe onboarding and creating your first membership.
