By accessing and using LoyalChamp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LoyalChamp is a subscription management platform that enables service providers to:

  • Subscribe to our platform for $49.99/month
  • Connect their Stripe account via Stripe Connect
  • Create membership tiers for their clients
  • Charge their clients (one-time or recurring payments)
  • Manage client subscriptions and payments

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Wait for admin approval
  • Subscribe to our monthly membership ($49.99/month)
  • Complete Stripe Connect onboarding
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Platform Subscription:

  • Monthly fee: $49.99/month
  • Auto-renews monthly until canceled
  • Billed via Stripe
  • You may cancel anytime
  • No refunds for partial months

Client Payments:

  • You set your own pricing for clients
  • Payments processed through your Stripe Connect account
  • You are responsible for client refunds and disputes
  • Stripe fees apply per their standard rates

5. Stripe Connect

By using our Platform, you agree to:

  • Stripe's Connected Account Agreement
  • Stripe's Terms of Service
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Comply with all payment processing regulations
  • Maintain valid bank account information

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal activities
  • Process fraudulent or unauthorized charges
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Charge clients for services you don't provide
  • Share your account credentials
  • Reverse engineer or copy our Platform
  • Use the Platform to compete with us

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to pay your subscription
  • Your Stripe account is suspended or terminated
  • We detect fraudulent activity
  • Required by law or payment processor

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform and all associated data.

8. Limitation of Liability

LoyalChamp is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Stripe payment processing issues
  • Disputes between you and your clients
  • Loss of revenue or data
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Third-party service failures

9. Your Responsibilities

As a Platform user, you are responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable laws
  • Your client relationships and contracts
  • Handling client refunds and disputes
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Paying applicable taxes on your earnings

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by LoyalChamp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
